By accessing and using SECrawl ("the Service"), operated by Agent Score Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SECrawl provides web crawling and SEO analysis tools, including but not limited to:

• Website crawling and technical SEO audits
• AI-powered content analysis and recommendations
• Integration with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
• Framework and technology detection
• Accessibility and security audits

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Crawl websites without permission or in violation of robots.txt directives
• Overload or attempt to disrupt our servers or networks
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans: We offer Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans with varying features and limits as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax collection on our behalf. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for all fees. 5.3 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our refund terms.

5.4 Plan Limits: Each plan has specific limits on crawls, pages, and features. Exceeding limits may result in service interruption or upgrade prompts.

5.5 Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data Retention

Crawl data retention periods vary by plan:

• Starter: 90 days
• Professional: 1 year
• Enterprise: Indefinite (or as agreed in contract)
• Free: 30 days

Data may be permanently deleted after the retention period. Download your data before cancellation if you wish to keep it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SECrawl and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AI providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results or data obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRAWL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service
• Any content, conduct, or data of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SECrawl harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data retention policies will apply as described in Section 6.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
