Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Agent Score Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as SECrawl, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date or most recent renewal date.

This guarantee applies to all subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

Upon refund approval:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Crawl data will be retained according to Free plan retention policies (30 days)

4. Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible if made within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. Requests made after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the refund process.

5. Downloadable Content

Before downloading or exporting any reports or data from the Service, please be aware that you have 30 days from your purchase or renewal date to cancel and request a refund. By using the Service and downloading content, you acknowledge this refund window.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellations made outside the 30-day refund window will not be eligible for a refund of the current billing period, but no future charges will occur.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised. If you have any concerns about changes to this policy, please contact us before your next renewal date.
